If you are traveling on US 75 take the 15th street exit. Travel east on 15th street towards downtown Plano. You will go through one light at Avenue G. Then as you continue the street turns into brick after the park on your left.  Once you driveover the rail tracks you will take an immediate left just before the white building. This is 15th Place a very small street. As you go around the street you will see the side of the theatre on the right just before you get to Anenue K. If you get to Avenue K you will have to drive around the block because Avenue K is one way going south.
