Jamey Jamison

Jamey Jamison is happy to have finally found a home. After 20 years of hauling my trunk of tricks across the known universe I am happy to have landed at the Art Centre Theatre. While I have enjoyed the traveling performers life for many years, I am happy to be in one town doing my thing at last and what a wonderful place Plano is. The downtown area is alive with shops, interesting characters and just life. I have great plans for this theatre. I hope to offer a place for anyone and everyone to come and play whether you are an artist, dancer, musician, photographer, actors, director whatever. I hope to attract positive, upbeat people who want to work and create. Most of all I want this place to become a welcoming open forum for debate, discussion, discovery and dissociation with the doldrums that get us all down. We hope to bring a taste of eclecticism to the downtown area while challenging the communities ideas of what community theatre is. We hope … I hope … that you can come find a home here with us. More importantly I hope to help you find yourself.
