By purchasing your tickets using our online ticketing system you are able to

If you have difficulty completing your purchase online please send an e-mail to BoxOffice@ArtCentreTheatre.com. Be sure to include your name and phone number as well as the performance that you would like to purchase tickets for. You will be contacted via phone for your credit card information to complete the purchase.
Please do not include credit card information in the e-mail.

- Handicapped-accessible seating is available.
- Advance ticket purchase is strongly encouraged, as our mainstage productions tend to sell out.
Common Concerns
- Could not print receipt – Check the e-mail that you registered with the ticketing system. You should have a copy of the tickets sent to your e-mail. In addition, you can log back into the ticketing system and reprint your receipt or tickets. Also, we will have your reservation at the door, so you can just bring your drivers liscense and you will be good to go.
- The system keeps erroring off – common errors are from the expiration date format. It should be entered mmyy. Some cards are now giving an exact day. Please omit the day and just use the month and year.
- I can't purchase tickets for today's show. – Tickets are no longer available online one hour before performace.
- Can I exchange my tickets? – It is our policy that tickets are non-refundable. However, if you contact the box office via e-mail 48 hours before the performance with the request we will do our best to honor the exchange. However, the exchange does need to be for the same show. If the request is submitted less than the 48 hours the request will not be honored.
- My friend gave me a code and it won't work. – Once the show opens the code is no longer valid. That is the incentive to purchase your tickets before we open.
