Buying Tickets Online

Advance Purchase Online: $20 per seat plus

  • Service Fee: 5% + $0.90 (example: $20 Ticket has a service Fee of $2.05)

  • Credit Card Fee: $2.00 

  • Box Office Fee: $0.25

  • Third Party Vendor Fee: $0.80​​

Print Tickets: Through our online ticketing system, you can reserve your seats, print your tickets and pay with a credit card.

Tickets End Sale Date/Time: Tickets are not available online one hour and 1/2 before the performance.

Tickets Disappeared: Even if you leave your tickets at home or if they are deleted off your phone, your name will be on the door list. We will be waiting for you!

ACT Member discounts apply unless otherwise noted. Click here "Members/Sponsors" for more information on our membership program. Member discounts are valid only for online purchases. Not at the door.

​Friend Discount: Our community theatre relies on our cast members to spread the word and sell tickets to their shows - contact your favorite cast member before purchase as there may be a discount available, and also be sure to specify their name when you purchase the ticket.​​​

Empty Spaces Policy

Row AA is for Wheel Chairs, Handicap seating, physically impared & companion seating as indicated on the ticketing site.

 

There are no physical seats permenatly placed in those locations to ensure adepuate accomidation. If you puchased Row AA Seasts 1 - 12, you will need to tell our Box office staff if you need a physical seat upon arrival.

 

We have no indication if your party needs however many physical & wheelchair seating. We are happy to accomidate to all our patrons needs. 

Cancelations

ACT reserves the right to cancel a performance if there are less than 25 tickets sold.​

Common Issues

Discount code not accepted - shows are occasionally offered with a special cast discount code. If you have been provided a discount code you must purchase the tickets one week before the show opens (an incentive to purchase your tickets early!).

Could not print a receipt - Check the e-mail that you used when registering with the ticketing system - a copy of the tickets are sent to that address. You can log back into the ticketing system and reprint your receipt and tickets. We will have your reservation at the door, so you can just bring ID and you will be good to go.

 

The system keeps erroring off - common errors are from the credit card expiration date format - it should be entered 'mmyy'. Some cards are now giving an exact day, please use only the month and year.

​​​Purchasing Issues: Should you encounter difficulty completing your purchase online please send an e-mail to artcentretheatreofplano@gmail.com. Be sure to include your name and phone number as well as the performance in which you're interested. You will be contacted via phone for your credit card information to complete the purchase. Do not include your credit card information in the e-mail.
